What exactly are you saying? That killing a big buck in a big buck state is easier? Why are the Canadian provinces so low?
I would guess that there aren't a lot of bowkills. That's just a guess though, but most big buck kills you see from those areas are firearm kills.
And look at the jump PA made in 2003, after point restrictions were implemented. And in nontypicals PA had 11 in 10 years, then 36 the last 8. Is there hope? :d
