Does anyone use a pop up camper with all canvas sides that has heat and air in it. If you do have you used it in the winter months in the midwest and is it good enough to keep warm
Depends on how cold it gets outside...... but generally warm enough to be comfortable. Also if electricity is available a small space heater helps. As for the A/C......you will get cold inside one. High 90's out and you will turn the air down at night
I used mine last season all December on my lease. Mine does not have A/C so I can't help you there. It will keep you warm(less than 30 F) if you wear some warm clothes. I found that if you hang a few moving blankets up inside camper, it will help save alot on propane/electric. The problems that I had were the snow can get extremely heavy on the slide out sections causing them to bend a little and when I left it out there the mice got inside and chewed everything up. I am going the route of an enclosed cargo trailer with side door and roof vent this season. I will customize it with fold up bunk beds,L.E.D lighting, etc.
This is the forum I got the idea from. http://www.tnttt.com/viewforum.php?f=42&sid=6cf3b521cb6923c2eb1a25b16c5d05ae

Sounds great Mike. Does it have a shower? I have to go outside when its like 18 degrees and take a shower with a Zodi. Its numbing to say the least.
no it doesnt but I did find one that does but it needs a bracket and an support arm or something like that they said it would be $80 in parts but I have no idea how to fix that
