"Best" is a very subjective term. I thing a lot depends on how you want to use them. I have 4 WGIs. Two of them don't work. I have got some very good pics from the WGIs, but I will not buy another.

I have now 3 Bushnells. I do get some misses, pictures with no animals. But the Bushnells seem to work very well.

I will check out the coverts. I don't know anything about them.

I have several cameras and have other in the past and I can honestly say of all that I have owned moultrie is the one brand I would never purchase again every. I owned several of them and they were without a doubt the biggest pieces of crap.

Stealthcam has the worst customer service in the business, I have owned over 50 of their cameras and when I needed to return one under warranty they ignored my calls and e-mails until the camera was out of warranty.

I had heard that before in the past but I don't believe that is the case anymore.

I owned 8...they would just keep replacing them with broken models.

    Junk.

My AC Stealthcam has reached a new low. It completely drained a new set of batteries while it sat in my truck. With the switch off. I was going to put it out where I wasn't going to be too sad if someone stole it.... but now I'm down to only my rechargeable batteries... and I'd be sad if some took the camera with those in them. :(

It may be a .338 lapua target shortly.

It is still the status quo for Stealthcam because if their customer service improved at all they would get back to me after I had around $8,000.00 invested in their products. If they won't take care of a high volume customer I pity anyone else that uses their camera's.

    Truth.

But, like any big company, they still make money because of their name and cool commercials.

Discussed this last friday here at the farm. We're going to be adding Coverts as the new trail cams this year to run alongside the Moultrie M-880's. I think we're going to add an additional five or maybe ten cameras.

GSM owns stealth cam, wildview, walkers game ear, ssi, epic cameras, american hunter, etc. Makes me want to stay away from all of it. Maybe they are ran seperate though?

Not sure yet, probably be the Extreme black 60 or the Outlook but may try the Extreme Red 40 and the Illuminator white flash.

In all likelihood, will probably end up with a mix of all of those. I miss the color night time pics from my ancient bushnell cameras from years ago with the old regular flash so I like the idea of a 12mp white led flash for one camera to just play with. The outlook features sound pretty sweet. I had thought probably all Black 60's before I looked at the 2014 covert book, lol.

Who has the best price on Covert cams?

I've never heard too much positive about any of those companies except Walkers Game Ear.

I like the black 60 or the mp6 black deer stand in front of mine for hours and never react to the cam but they sure do to the brake light cams.
It has made all the difference in the world to not changing deer behavior and that's a deer you can kill not just move around your farm.
