Mobsterraxx? Love how simple asking opinion threads turn into a freaking moan fest when people speak their opinions. I for one will probably never stop using Covert...that doesn't mean I think Moultries blow...just not going to make the switch personally as I don't feel it is worth it.
auto correct must of got me on my phone i meant to say monsterraxx i wasnt saying anything bad about either company. im new to this forum and it seems like every thread is by either covert or monsterraxx pro staff. thats all. nothing bad about either.
I have a Stealthcam...if any of the camera brands sucks...it's that one....at least the one I have sucks.
Lol, wow, that didn't take long...I posted that like six minutes ago. Yeah this one was given to me...no wonder, lol.
I might be able to put up with poor battery life but this one just takes crappy pics. The night time range is like worse than a yard light 100 yards away. Deer within about 15' aren't too bad but beyond that forget it. The thing takes like 6 D cell batts. It was at 100% and I had it out since November 21st and I pulled the card last week and the batteries were dead. What in the world it was wasting battery juice on is beyond me...my Moultries were still going strong. We had quite a few days in single and negative digits I guess is what really zapped it because they also pulled more charge out of my Moultries than normal....of course they also had nearly 1000 more pics each on them than the stealthcam, lol.
Cuddeback is on the board. Never used one. Seem expensive for what you get. One hell of a marketing campaign.
I loved mine back in the day. Took great photos. I went away from flash camera though and later decided to pair a Cuddeback up against my Coverts, the results were laughable. The "center shot technology" really hurts the amount of pictures it takes.
