How many ranking military strategists will Putin execute?

The resolve of the Ukrainians is the hope I have for the American people, the hope and not the expectations.

So Russia continues their onslaught, China makes their move on Taiwan and North Korea launches missles who knows where.

How does the U.S. and allies react, or will they?

72 hours and Putin hasn't done chit. He's a joke and is getting pissed knowing that fact. His military will not carry out his orders

He's going to snap and have an international force reign down on him in the most vile way for violations of humanitarian rights. Kill him within 96 hours.

Ukraine isnt a NATO country, all the rest can do is watch and play the sanction game .. if Putin tries something against the NATO ... Countries that border Ukraine, then its on !! ... huge onslaught on the Capital tonight ... assassination groups are wondering about looking for the Pres. and other political figures ... saddens me to see what the piss ant in Russia is doing to the people of Ukraine ... one thing, this is going as bad against Biden too, shows how much of a failure he and his administration is ..

Ukraine does not need to be NATO. Humanitarian violations is all it will take, should NATO act on it.

"With concern still high over a potential war between Russia and Ukraine, NATO's deputy secretary general spoke to FRANCE 24. Mircea Geoana told our Europe editor Catherine Nicholson: "NATO will not get involved militarily in Ukraine – we support Ukraine in many other ways, individual allies support Ukraine. And in order to deter Russia from doing that ... is to really demonstrate to the leadership in the Kremlin that in a cost-benefit analysis, an additional military intervention in Ukraine is a net loss for Russia."

    also ..

    https://time.com/6151115/nato-russia-ukraine-article-4/

Members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) have met Russia’s invasion of Ukraine with outrage, deploying thousands of troops to Eastern Europe to protect their alliance members.

But while Russian forces launched a violent assault on Ukraine Thursday morning, NATO countries will not engage in warfare against Russia unless a member nation is attacked.

The decision to stay out of the conflict in Ukraine comes at a fraught time for NATO, as Ukraine has expressed a desire to join the military alliance but remains shut out in large part because of Russia’s fierce opposition to more eastward NATO expansion. So far, Russia’s wide-ranging attack on its neighbor country has been confined to Ukraine’s borders, hitting cities and bases with airstrikes or shelling, but several nearby NATO countries are on high alert and have formally asked other members to discuss whether the alliance should take collective action.

these questions must be asked : is it worth risking a WWIII over this ?? ... Putin is a whack job, would he back down ?? .. would he be bold enough to use tactical nukes or keep it conventional ... could it go full nuke ?? .... if Putin is 'taken out', what would his generals do, many of them are more whacked than he is ...

Putin would only use a nuke if he wanted ww3 because if a nuke is deployed it's on.

Or, if he was desperate, 'needed' to save face, and knew he had no chance left on Ukraine.

Because targeted political hits were outlawed by the USG back in the 1970s.

    CNN.com - U.S. policy on assassinations - Nov. 4, 2002

this only applies to political hits though. Which is why DJT's whacking that Iranian General was not criminal- dude was a uniform military leader 'engaged in active plots against US interests'. Vague, but technically legal.

BHO's hit on these guys - Who were the 4 U.S. citizens killed in drone strikes? - CBS News

was illegal. Morally justified, probably, but technically illegal. At the end of the day they were US citizens, not members of a recognized or uniform military, and not actively engaged in combat against the US or allies. They were also not properly awarded trial by jury as was their Constitutional rights. They had not been stripped of nor officially renounced their American citizenship (at least 2 of them had not.)
