I would say that is a great O/U mark. Heard yesterday they can do SCOztUS confirmation hearings before the resignation takes effect. Then do the swearing in immediately after. There is debate on whether or not the VP can be the tiebreaker in the Senate on a 50/50 vote for SCJ nominees. Obviously, she could not vote for herself either way and would have to resign from VP spot first if she is the nominee. It's going to take a very specific candidate to get a couple Rs to cross over. Given the mental/physical state of Brandon, and the obvious abject stupidity and incompetence of Commie-La, I see a distinct possibility where there is a backroom agreement that a 'capable' person slide in to the VP spot, Commie-la gets the (largely irrelevant at this point) SCJ spot, and HRC becomes VP. Plenty of RINOs and UniParty establishment-types would see that as being an acceptable compromise. ...or the hard left influences the Machine to the point where they get the hair-brained idea to nominate a really high-profile WOC (Jabba the Abrams) and then use her failure to pass as a means to motivate the hard left and minority vote leading into the mid-terms. That's really their only hail mary shot at not getting shellacked in both the House and Senate. I could see this avenue being picked because strategically, to the Progs it doesn't matter if the seat stays vacant through the rest of 2022. There is already a 6-3 'Conservative majority' (hah! but that's what the media says.) There is also the distinct possibility Roe is overturned this spring.
