About 2 weeks ago I started drinking this juice that is supposed to lower HBP pretty significantly (does seem to be working.) Anyway, it's mostly cherry juice with pomegranate and couple other things. Let's just say I don't leave the house for at least an hour after drinking that.

I eat carnivore...my liquid intake is an entirely different animal. Only bad part about carnivore diet is my BP went up by quite a bit. Trying to balance it out.
