even that's a PR disaster- the animal rights activists are super pissed b/c he gave up on/'re-homed' (probably killed) his mal-adjusted dog Major because it bit every Secret Service person and aide in the WH, and immediately buys this pup from a breeder (instead of a rescue) and introduces it to literally the most hectic and chaotic place in the United States, where he obviously does not have the time/ability to properly train and bond with it. Literally nobody cares if the *OTUS has a dog. Nobody. A lot of people care if he uses a puppy as a permanent prop. Just another indicator what scumbags he and everyone around him are.
