I hope he gets sentenced to serve time, as long as it is real time, not being in a holding cell with all the amenities he desires. I don't care if it is only 6 months with good time taking it down to 3. He lied to the police 6 times in sworn statements and was found guilty for 5 of them. He lied on stand, under Oath, 6 times and was found guilty for 5 of them. Probation for a millionaire with an otherwise clean record is no punishment, neither is $200k in fines, someone else will help pay those.

cook county jail is an absolute s-hole. And if he serves a day in there it will be the worst 24 hours of his life. If he's in g-pop he will almost certainly be ass-aulted. Standard procedure is he should have been remanded to Cook County Sheriffs and the jail. not sure if that happened or not.
