Hopefully the judge rules that way, rather than let the jury continue deliberations, in this case, I dont trust the jury to do the right thing and aquit on ALL charges ... the prosecution blew it big time, myself, I care what happens to Kenosha, the many innocent businesses/owners and residents that will pay the price of wokeness .... Rittenhouse should be found not guilty/acquitted if the jury see's the truth on what happened ... supposedly the prosecution witheld vital info from the defense/jury, so maybe it will go the mistrial way, with predjudice
Can only hope that if the juror rumor is true that they will be truthful with the judge on why they cannot give a verdict. Having a mistrial only to be tried again on a case of this magnitude, there is no way to guarantee a fair and impartial trial.
