My wife just text me, our neighbor is being evicted from her home next door. She rents, I have no idea if she is behind on rent or not. However, the home owners have decided that owning rental property is no longer worth it. Just watch, this will be a growing trend, property owners will evict on the premise of selling the property, even good renters will not be immune to this. Elections have consequences, there will be even more homeless people in the coming months. She is great neighbor and loves all the kids in the neighborhood. She is the unofficial neighborhood Aunt. I wish I had an extra room to rent to her.
