You need to step right up and ask a Democrat land Lord that question, post their answer please.

You know why you did that? Because the word PRIDE had a whole different and realistic meaning back then.

    Oh come on!!!!
And I suppose that you had to walk to and from school uphill both ways.
No one ever pays their bills. What world are you living in?

Walking to the bar takes 5 minutes, walking home from the bar takes 30. The difference is staggering

I wonder what would happen in this scenario.

You purchased a home, and for whatever reason you decide to upgrade or just change locations. Instead of selling your current house, you have enough equity/income to turn it into a rental and still afford the second home. Not an uncommon event and how some people get into real estate.

Then Covid hits and certain sectors take a hard hit in the job world, income takes a hit and second home is no longer achievable so you are forced to put it on the market and return to your previous home. Happens to coincide with the current rental agreement expiring, but there's an eviction maratorium. They are current on all their rent and otherwise perfect tenants, but the contract states owner had the right to not renew the contract with ample notice given.

******The renter gets pissed and stops paying the rent, which was covering the escrowed payment for the property.

Now that homeowner is pretty much homeless but has two homes, and lost both incomes but still has two mortgages and goes into default on both mortgages.

This happemed to my previous neighbors aside from the Covid and ***** on. They weren't happy about it but a contract was a contract and they moved with 2 months notice.

Now CDC says we have more power than the Supreme Court if the United States.

Look at the precedent this could set if SCOTUS does not step in.

CDC will become a major political weapon. Could they ultimately do what Right Wing nuts thought Obama would do, and Left Wing nuts thought Trump would do and hault an election? Wouldn't be under a declaration of Martial Law, but as some sort of crisis that a change in administration would be detrimental to.

Sounds far fetched, but as wacked out as the left are getting, is it really?

I thought about that too, could you move onto your owm property? Buy a pop up camper and park it in the driveway? Move into a spare room?

It's crazy to think about all the ramifications of something like this, you see how the Democrat controlled Congress right now is trying to see what they can cram through under reconciliations, imagine what they start trying if they figure out agencies like the CDC can further their agenda.

A guy i work with used to be a property manager for a big rental outfit. He said if tenents were a month behind they would send a letter, once they fell 3 months behind they were sent over to take the front door off the house. Idk how that would hold up but i would be willing to pay the fine
