Same in a sense. Where I work they had their best times from 2000-2009 then went through their darkest times. Went from 300 plus employees to about 30 relegated to 30 hour work weeks for several months. Once things picked back up there was no replacing the qualified workers lost and rather than loss of business we are suffering lack of competence to give customers quality product. No one wants to work anymore
