Hell 2 weeks ago you would have complained about the military lives at risk to defend a pile of sand. I will admit there were mistakes made, upon pulling out the military should have dropped every last daisy cutter on the way out, with one going on that prison.
I could have swore we had the man in office who was going take care of ISIS, in fact he stated this year they were 100% defeated, and now they are free. Good luck with that meme
Turkey is responsible for their escape. Before that, ISIS was contained. But I see you want to blame Trump for that.
It is Trump's fault and ISIS was contain and now they are not based on Trumps moves. So if they attack US interests going forward then it's on Trumps hands. The winner in this is Putin, not shocked. Once again played Trump like a fiddle.
I agree it's totally Trump's fault, first he calls them "JV" then filters millions to Iran and does everything in his power to advance the Islamic tolerance and acceptance.... Wait I might have my facts wrong.
I partially disagree. The soviets fight with the Mujahadin was the soviet attempt to keep our religious extremists. They haven't had to be concerned with us in the middle east for some time...only difference is a few extra former republics (Georgia and Azerbaijan along with Ukraine) to buffer them (now Russia).
But he just cut the defense budget, so that should make you happy. There's no end game to be there this long. Either need to start taking territory to occupy forever or get out. What has the roughly 20 years we've been at "war" accomplished in the region. Very little. Maybe the UN and some other allied countries we're supposed to blindly support can step up for once. Isn't it strange that Trump made such a huge deal about taking out 100% of ISIS (not even close to being true) to now literally setting them free? What does he think is going to happen? Of course he will blame the Kurds for them escaping, but if that's the case he needs to give them credit for defeating them in the first place. As far as "not policing the world" that Republicans all of a sudden care about that's a load of bs. America has been doing that for a 100 years, but this is where Trump decides it needs to change? Give me a break. I will say it again. If we abandon Kurdish territory then let's leave Israel as well. Cant baby them forever. And unlike Israel the Kurds actually do something for America.
Kinda like liberals whining for 3 years about Trump goin to war with everyone and now that trying to end one they wanna stay? Like said earlier, this has been goin on since 2004 when Bush declared war. What's the end game? Are we a occupying force now? If so why the hell do we care who is allied and who is enemy. Start planting flags and building theme parks. Conflict is on goin over there so unless there's a benefit to staying there for the next 100 years whats the point. And yea Israel too, if that makes ya happy. But if you're gonna go that far pull support from everyone. No aid or military support to anyone and sit back and watch the fireworks. What are supposed to do with all these prisoners, baby sit them until they die of old age? If they're so bad and need locked away maybe should start up trials and hanging the guilty like did with the Nazi's. (The real nazi's, not the made up ones liberals call Trump) Imagine that dumpster fire on msm. Really doesn't matter if Trump pulls troops back or sends more over, there's gonna be whining.
