    County tax assessors.

    Sent me an assessment back in early April for this years taxes(already paid). 6 months later I get another one for revaluation and they jumped my houses value up 13.52%, left the non farm land value the same so my "market value" determine by them will jump 12.03%.

    Since I bought the house in 2011 my taxed value over 7 years changed by $700. This year it has jumped over $10k in just 6 months.
