Man I could only hope gas prices triple. That would mean a strong barrel price and better royalties. Plus, all these low gas prices lead to 30k layoffs between the big three producers here in Oklahoma, so it only makes sense that it would fire the industry back up here.
Yes, maybe we can collapse the economy again to get back under 2.00 a gallon. Being as the economy gets better the demand will go higher for oil, which means it will cost more. Being I am in a pissed off mood about world right now and I WFH I don't really care
Couldn't last forever. I remember when Dubya got it up to almost $4/gallon, this state was hopping with employment in the oil patch. Be nice to see that again.
