The only way you can amend the Constitution is through the vote of the people, likely will never happen. The way to redefine the Constitution is through the highest Court of the land. You Court pack, I can assure you that civil unrest will become more widespread and clashes between factions will ensue and you very well could have a civil typed war rather than a race war Dems are advocating for.
