That's what mean tho. Yours is expired so say the emergency is lifted so you have a year, what I just saw yesterday at stores was 18 months, they're already short staffed and under funded so it's not all that difficult to stop it all together. Then just sit back and wait for everyone elses to expire. Then yea everyone will be a felon.

Our fine governor is already wanting to withhold covid funds from small business because of state debt, you thing funding for the foid/ccl system has any higher priority? Idk not saying any of it will happen, only that at this moment it'd be pretty easy.

Edit: just to add, nit a stretch to put anything past this state. Look up the police reform bill they just rammed through at 3 am last night.

The Illinois police reform bill? The bill that would make the police force and their abilities as we know it today, obsolete? That one?

Those that live and work in some of these environments understand the line that must be held, or the chaos that will ensue. Those that don't or the criminals who don't want to be held accountable love that police reform bill. Love it dearly.

Going to withhold federal stimulus $ because the Governor can not manage a budget, he must be one of those horrible Republicans.

Eh I didn't go all crazy hoarding on it, but at time we were gonna shoot a pistol league atvlocal range and didn't wanna run out and not be able to buy any. But that got canceled so now just have it. And buy the mags cause there good cheap range mags and I do shoot alot during the warmer months.

    But yea pretty much haha.

They wanted to take away qualified immunity. They will at some point. Allowing anonymous complaints against officers. No complainant..no signature on what could be a criminal allegation. But that anonymous phone complaint? Fully investigated. Called in from anywhere across the world with no one being held accountable if in fact that person made a false police report, caused an officer to drain their bank account by hiring an attorney, and by slandering an officers name. Absolutely in American and pathetic.

I miss them days, pre PPV when live events were on HBO. I was too young so had to sneak watch it, either sneaking into the hallway and staying out of view, or watch the VHS recording when parents weren't home.

Eddie Murphy RAW and George Carlin Live from Carnegie Hall are the two that stand out the most for me. Add Dice Clay to the ranks as well, although a bit later.

I think about all you can get away with these days are your Jeff Foxworthy and crew types or ventriloquists.

I renewed mine Nov. 27th, money was taken from my account. Worth the $11 to CYA so I can atleast show proof I tried, I don't trust the govt. when they say you're good even when expored. My expiration date online says Covid, my card says Feb. 01, 2021.

No, they are trying to blame it on 4 years of Rauner, Republican but good friends with Rham ans other peominent Dems and his wife is a Dem, that Madigan allowed to defeat Quinn for 1 term.

Rauner was nothing more than a scapegoat that Dem controlled state govt. that would not pass any of his campaign promises. Passed a l9t of stuff with veto proof majorities though.

You see this madness? This is why we need less government. Less puppet masters. It is insane.

It's just life in IL for me

It was disgusting listening to Toilet Man campaign on how Rauner failed and ruined IL. Um, Madigan controlled the House, his best friend John Cullerton controlled the Senate and together they have passed every unbalanced budget with for all but the past 2 years(Cullerton resigned/retired) for several decades.

Before Madigan we had one of the best Credit Ratings in the Country. Since then, we have an ongoing and certain to collapse pension crisis, junk status for credit, a failed state lottery, several billion dollars budget deficit over and over, it's pathetic.

It's set up in a way that they cannot be voted out of control.

Just learned as I typed this,Madigan is no longer Speaker of the House, was voted out earlier. It's somewhat of a start, but he's probably still in control of things, just not in official capacity. Rather see him and quite a few others replaced completely.

A cabin near a river full of fish sounds good to me.

Replaced by another Chicago Dem, couldn't even choose one of the more moderate down staters.

    Business as usual.

I opted for a cabin in a forest full of deer within easy driving distance of a three rivers and a couple of lakes full of fish, but your idea sounds good too. :tu:

I'm not kidding. The wife and I pretty much moved into a cabin. All 900 square feet of it. We absolutely love it.
