Because the most obvious place that shows different outcomes for different people, (for a number of reasons but social economic status the biggest). If anyplace should see equal application it's the justice system, but there are times it does work like that. So in regards to applying free speech on private platforms I cant see why you or I would think for a minute that everyone is equal on private platform. Isny it conservatives saying that everyone has the right to service who they want and who they dont want in their businesses? The gay wedding cake is over used but a good example. .. When you have someone with the influence that the president of the United States has and he inciting people into seditious actions .....I think the owner of that platform just might have moral obligation to not allow it.

To your second statement, Maxine Watters should have been suspended and banned before Trump took the Oath as well as half of the congressional Democrats, 75% of the mainstream media and probably 60% of the US population. Why does it have to be a leader that is so held to the standards you set forth? Why not everyone? The Constitution doe snot apply to select individuals based one power. All of that said, I do not support or condone what transpired at the Capitol on Wednesday. I support the gathering, just as I did some of the gatherings across the nation the past 6-8 years. What I do not condone and will always condemn is the senseless violence that partakes after those with true hurt and meaning voice their concerns. The sun sets and the agitators come out. It's a given. In DC, while the sun had not set the same ensued, a member here, who was there, stated how it transpired. You believe in people who were/are there when it fits your narrative, you ignore it when it does not. Whether Trump gave the speech or not, I personally believe he should not have, the plan of Q-Anon and other extremists was already in play. One was seeking to disrupt, the other was set to act within that disruption to disrupt even further.
