This is the young lady who got sprayed with mace by the police. When one respects the police they don’t make up stories. I believe that is an onion in her towel.

Pretty sure using an onion to neutralize mace is about as effective as pissing on a jellyfish sting... probably not quite as comical as watching somebody trying to cure a jellyfish sting with a golden shower though..

“We should be highlighting and celebrating your administration’s many accomplishments on behalf of the American people,” Ms. DeVos wrote in the letter, which was obtained by The New York Times. “Instead, we are left to clean up the mess caused by violent protesters overrunning the U.S. Capitol in an attempt to undermine the people’s business.”

“That behavior was unconscionable for our country,” she added. “There is no mistaking the impact your rhetoric had on the situation, and it is the inflection point for me.”

Man even Beaty Devos is bailing on the President.

His list of alias is shrinking.

I disagree with this 100%. In my opinion, Trumps speech did not work the crowd up into a frenzy. This opinion I have is shared by the 5 others in my group.(family and friends)that were there. And dozens of people I talked to at the capitol building. Everyone there that I spoke to was in shock at what was taking place.

Please read my account before dismissing me.
it may be a bit lengthy. But I am giving an honest retelling of the events I witnessed.

I was at the Washington Monument since 5:30am.

From that time until 12:00pm, before Trump took the stage, the crowd was energetic. The closest thing I can compare it to is the home crowd at a football game.

People were excited to hear the president. They sang along to music that was being played like piano man, small town girl, gloria etc.

Trump took the stage at 11:58am. He was scheduled to speak at 11:00, but arrived an hour late.

Trump gave a speech that lasted about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Meaning he wrapped up at roughly 1:15pm(this is important!)

During this speech, about 10-20 mins in. I noticed several dozen men leaving the crowd and heading towards the Capitol. They were mostly in groups of twos and threes, and they were trying to get others to follow them.

The guy dressed as an Indian/Viking was among the men I personally saw leave.

At the time I wondered why anyone would leave in the middle of the speech, after all every Trump supporter was there to see... well Trump of course!

Anyways, after Trump finished, the crowd was not frenzied, there was no angry chanting, no calls for an assault on the capitol.

The chants that were made were mostly “USA! USA!” “Stop the steal “ “And calls for Pence to “do the right thing”
People were loud, but not angry.

People were mostly happy to just be moving as they had been standing in the cold for 6+ hours.

My group and I were in more towards the front of the March. I’d say in the first 10% of the procession.

On our way down. We heard loud explosions going off at the Capitol. I didn’t know at the time that it was tear gas and flashbangs. But they were being detonated before we (my group) had made it a single block!

About halfway to the Capitol, men on bikes were yelling through bullhorns “we have breached the Capitol! We are inside the doors!”
(Again more booms could be heard from the Capitol)

We didn’t know what to make of the news, I just assumed a nut or two had gotten past police and thought little of it.

it is important to note there were still no calls to action. From anybody in the crowd.

there were no calls for violence from anyone coming from the rally! No mention of storming anything. We just marched on.

When we got to the Capitol,(the lawn of the west side) the scene changed dramatically.

There were no police in sight anywhere. The outer perimeter was abandoned, and the barricades had been set aside.

Several people were in the lawn wiping tear gas from their eyes. And saying they had been gassed for no reason.

It was at this point, when I first heard calls to action.

There were multiple people with bullhorns at the base of the Capitol encouraging everyone to push up and take the steps. They were yelling for everyone to move up.

There was a blockade that was being attacked by people who were there ahead of us. It did not last long. I saw it fall and witnessed the first people on the western side of the capitol. I snapped some pictures (these were taken several minutes after the breach, because I stood there in shock for quite a while.)

    Image1610087038.858803.jpg

Notice how few people are here at the base of the wall at this moment. The rest of the protest was still behind me. This space became crowded very quickly.

Why do I tell you all this? Because I wanted to present the timeline and perspective of someone who was in the crowd that came from the Trump rally.

I can go on with what I witnessed, as I was here until 4:30pm taking in everything. But this is too much for one post already. And the main point isn’t to provide a play by play for the whole day.
My group and I took lots of photos and video.

I wanted to present a timeline that differs from the one the media portrays. I wanted to show it wasn’t us who attacked the police.

Let me now show you some evidence I have found of attacks that were happening before anyone from the “Trump cult group” arrived on the scene.

    https://mobile.twitter.com/KBoomhauer/status/1346879073033678848
Here is a tweet showing a small group of protesters attacking the Capitol police.

The post was made at 12:59pm, before Trump was finished speaking. Meaning the events shown in the video are from atleast 12:59 or earlier

Here is another, posted at 1:15pm just as Trump would have been wrapping up.

    https://mobile.twitter.com/Phil_Lewis_/status/1346883077524639748

I have many, many others. And this is just from 10 minutes of digging through tweets. To provide real time information for you.

In conclusion. It was not the people from the trump rally. who attacked and overran police. When We showed up, practically every barrier was moved out of our way. There is more to this story than people understand. More than I understand, and the media refuses to tell the truth

Thank you to those who took the time to read this

I have close friends that were there and from the pics, videos, and their personal account they posted on fb it was much of the same. One of the first things they both posted is "don't believe what the media is saying." Which oddly enough think I remember you posted as well.

First of all the post was in reference to his speech yesterday where he tossed everyone but himself under the bus.

Secondly the internet is full of bullshit conspiracy stories that can literally say anything you want them to.
Pretty much proving that these people are living in an alternate reality.

Much like how the covid battle is being fought in hospitals. internet conspiracy bullshit depends on perspective when you only look at 1 side.

I’m talking about where you said Trump worked people up into a frenzy, which is simply not true.

There were (in my estimation) 300,000- 500,000 people at this event.
I saw Somewhere between 1,000-2,000 people walked into the Capitol building. (Again, in my estimation)

I’d say half or more of them just walked in, looked around, and left. A lot of them were older men and women who were curious, or just following the crowd.

please note, I’m not making an excuse for them, they broke the law by entering. But they were not like the fighters who went in with bats, body armor and gas masks.

The rest are your violent malcontents. The ones who were smashing and stealing and being forcefully removed.

These are things I saw with my own eyes. And things I have footage of. This is not “internet conspiracy.”

These we’re not minions of Trump. They were a few hotheads and disruptors. An extremely small group(less than a percent) who will look for any excuse to cause chaos. There are always going to be those types of people.

So if Trumps goal was to work people into a frenzy, it failed.
Atleast on 99.6% percent of the people who were there.

But the media does a pretty good job of making that 0.4% into something that it is not.

He been inciting the thinking behind this from before we even went to the polls. I am not sure how that is even debatable by a rational person.
