How about a state level constitutional amendment. Draw districts based in township boundaries? Some states have been sued over how they draw districts and have been forced into "nonpartisan" boards. Bill, didnt North or South Carolina just go through that process a year or so ago? Sorry too late to try and verify on my own
That's how I'm going to start my New Year. I'm going to go to the Philly rally, where everyone will be shoulder to shoulder, mostly unmasked, and see if I can get some pics of me and a few of the Proud Boys. I'm even hoping to get some of their autographs as well! And, if I'm really lucky, maybe I can bring home some of that virus they've been talking about. It's going to be a great New Year!!

We see what you are doing spinning your new world order from covid. Covid. Economy a little bruised. Let's shoot off trillions of dollars to continue our redistribution of wealth. People hurting a little psychologically. Let's hire more school counselors and up our social service departments. Evictions up a little. Let's make people not pay their rent and such for 6 to 12 months...and beyond. Might as well take 10k from my pocket this year and give it to people I dont want it going to without my consent.
