They will see that nothing, that takes away their power, is acceptable and they will go through any lengths and measures to destroy them without empathy. As @dnoodles has previously pointed out, where is this install wording coming from? He said it again later, when a president is elected and later installed. There seems to be a purpose behind it and they are certainly trying to make it a common phrase.
