Man our son is absolutely disgusted. He had to go into Rochester NY. For work and came across a poor Vietnamese family trying to clean up after the rioters hit their business a last night. He had lots to say on that. I guess it's pretty bad there and getting worse.

These workers are not paid a fair wage for this work, or any job while incarcerated. They leave prison often with crippling debt as an added barrier to successfully rejoining community. Next stimulus package they'll try for a $600 a week incarceration bonus, because no one living behind bars should be forced to live like a criminal.
