    I gotcha.

But from my way of thinking, if you’re American born and bred, want socialism, vote Democrat and follow Bernie Sanders and Obama you are mentally deranged and have a mental sickness.

Appears Ohio shooter is from that socialist mind set.

El Paso, I’d guess he too was a flaming liberal from Dallas. They are saying the manifesto was a ruse. Typical work of democrats. Call something exactly opposite of what it is and turn the scorn on the opposition. You see Booker, Beto Bozo, and Buttplug all rip shots @ Trump on this ?

God forbid Trump threw it in their faces. Holy hellllllllll would break out. Democrats definitely have a louder more energetic voice than conservatives.

Maybe I'm living under a rock, but with the exception of this recent El Paso shooting, when has balkanism or "otherism" posed a significant threat or caused large scale problems in the U.S.?

!?!?!WTH?!?! He didn't say that and never indicated as much or anything similar...but good job on playing the racist card. He's right, majority of criminals are overwhelmingly democrat. The democrat party is the criminal element of society. You can ignore races, holds true anyway.

I do not believe that a majority of people in prison voted before they were incarcerated, they don't give a crap surely not enough to vote.

This whole "he's a Democrat blah blah blah" or "he's a Republican blah blah blah" is what's wrong with america. How about he was and/or is unfit to own firearms due to mental issues. If we all thought the same way this would be a world filled with boredom. I mean seriously, you really think every democrat is mentally deranged? That's pretty effed up. That's like me saying every single republican is a racist. We used to have this thing called unity, community and the common goal of life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. But yeah, I'm sure playing the blame game is going to solve all the issues.

Mass shootings should not involve politics as much as they do. It’s sad that we have come to this. Mass shooting happens... Immediate finger pointing to the opposite party. It’s sickening.

It shouldn’t matter if the shooter was republican/democrat/socialist/anything. None of that should matter IMO. The point is is that they killed innocent people and are sick in the head.

I'm not playing the race card and I never do. You must not know me and what I stand for. But that is exactly what he meant. Make no mistake about it.

It's not Democrat/Republican thing for me other than everytime it happens the Dem politicians automatically go to gun bans. That is the political complaint for me.

As for these killers, when they are part of a movement, as the OH killer was, praising antifa and their tactics and calling Spronsen a martyr. That is a concern.

I think anyone that states that they are antifa, klan, gang, neo-nazi etc... openly, should be placed on some sort of watch list and possibly be flagged for a NICS hit. Find ways to do this with some sort of due process involved without allowing it to be exploited and abused. All these antifa types that are arrested during the rio... err protesting for damaging property and assaulting peaceful demonstrators should be booked, photographed of all inkwork/scars and classified just like your gang members are. They don't need to be dubbed domestic terrorists just yet, but they are just as gang mentality as your Crips and Bloods. Give them criminal histories not a slap on the wrist and a $50 civil penalty like many get.

As for the TX killer, they are blaming Trump, even though in his manifesto he states that he has held these deep beliefs far longer than Trump running for President, and stated the media would likely "fake news" it anyway. Now the media/political dems want to make anyone that voted for or supports Trump a white nationalist or domestic terrorist. That's painting with too broad of a brush.

The DNC won't allow FOX to hold a Democratic debate, yet they won't ask them the tougher questions like they did Trump. Make every Democrat candidate give their stance on Antifa. Get them on the record that way we can all lable their supporters as domestic terrorists. They always avoid that question by stating "The first amendment......" yet with gun issues they always state "I support the 2nd amendment, but...."

That is what creates the political divide when these atrocities happen. For me anyway.

    Draw your own conclusions...
    https://www.pewresearch.org/fact-ta...etween-number-of-blacks-and-whites-in-prison/

My conclusion or rather question is...
Why is incarceration down the past 10 years?

Just saw this and figured it went right along with your comment.

As far as anythint else goes with these shootings, there's really nothing to talk about. There's no point in having any conversations if the only time its broutht up is when it pushes a agenda. 34 people losing their lives is terrible but lets be honest, that's no different than what happens every weekend in just about every major city across this country. So it's hard to take any of these discussions that come up saying "enough is enough" serious cause it's just lip service to whoever is getting pandered to that day. There's something like 400 million guns registered in the US, if guns being around was only thing making ppl go crazy it'd be alot bigger problem. And since maybe it will or won't get broght up, in case someone wondered if I'm saying let's not do anything. Nope not at all. Don't really need to do anything with the guy in Ohio but as far as the guy in El Paso, call up CNN, FOX, NBC, or whatever news wants to show up walk the idiot outside and put a bullet in his head right there. Same goes for anyone else that gets captured doin it. Bet it won't take too many and it'll slow some of it up. Cause sorry, you kill that many ppl at one time and you've lost you're chances. [IMG]

I would say a big factor is that prison overpopulation has been a big topic for the past decade. They have cited that blacks are the majority of their population. Prosecutors are probably a little more reluctant to seek charges and plea down, which is fine in a lot of instances.

I am not for pleas on violent and gun/gang related charges. That is the problem in Chicago, they think reducing an aggravated discharge of a firearm charge down to a simple possession of a controlled substance guilty plea with a small fine and probation is better than incarceration with stiffer penalties. Hogwash, all it does is puts him/her back onto the streets to go back to the same lifestyle or even finish what they sought to do in the first place. If you did beyond a reasonable doubt, a crime of violence, you should do the time for that crime and drop the lesser charges in a plea. Not the other way around.

My city is literally becoming a mini-Chicago with daily/nightly shootings and homicides are on the increase. Stabbings downtown where the assailant is let go with no charges at all.

I think we need more tent cities in the country with inmates doing some of the public works details and real community service, not volunteering at a food line for a week.

Damn it, I thought I swore off this thread.

Exactly, and top Dems will not condemn them.

How is that any different than the Trump won't disavow Duke(which he actually did) mantra?

I came here to post a link to a facebook duo, used this graphic as a testament to their stance but then they start responding to comments.

Might work even if not a facebook member.

They may be on youtube or something similar. Hodgetwins is their facebook name, granted they are comedians but still, they are black conservatives.

they're on Louder With Crowder all the time. Pretty sure they've been on Joe Rogan a time or two as well. On LWC they mostly drop one liners so it's hard to tell how funny they really can be.

I just wonder how many people could or would give up the internet if given the chance. Give up 24 hour networks of any kind. Back to the off air bars

    download (3).jpeg

Do away with texting, but keep cell phones with ability to handle 2 calls.

I think things as a whole are too far gone to prevent mass casualties from happening regardless the means or reasoning. But I do believe the advent of the internet and social networking with unlimited information, true or not, has been a detriment to society.
