Great point, so perhaps countries should also not go to war they can't afford.

I look at it this way, it's not the kid's fault, for me, I'd rather spend the trillion here in America, not Iran or any other Middle Eastern country

The last time I checked, it was the parent's responsibility to feed their own kids, not the taxpayer via the government. People who cannot afford to feed their own kids should not be having kids.

Emphasis being on the plural. Once is an accident, multiple is a self morale issue.

To add to this, child support needs to be revamped. If the money being paid in child support actually eemt to the childs benefit, that would reduce school lunch programs substantially. I've abput choled when coworkers state how much of their pay goes towards child support, and yet they are being taken to court because it's not enough. I've always thought child support money should be divied out like food stamps used to be, only good for necessities/essentials. Not nail salons, hair do's, other baby's daddies etc...

Ugh, I could go on forever.

On topic, Germ using Paul and Massie is like conservatives using Fetterman to retort

Here come the sleeper cells. I predicted that years ago. England is doomed so start watching what we've partially avoided and REMEMBER.

Now think about the point before assuming disrespect. I respect the soldiers killed and their ultimate price paid for them and their families.
The above said, I've had quite enough of Dems and Rhinos BS evoking these brave military ppls names. Acting like it was an unnecessary waste.
    1. They joined knowing the risks
    2. These pukes with their narratives are dead silent on the complete and total waste of life hitting their constituents. The loss their families have suffered for the wide open borders that they cheered on and still do! US citizens that did not sign up for the possibility of loss of life. They were killed by illegals. Illegals they were FORCED to fund and live among. Forced by the same PUKES that are now using our brave deceased military as props. REMEMBER!

Germy, what is so hard to understand ... Iran CAN NOT get nukes, not a single one ... Trump see's Iran as a direct threat (and they are ), hell, so does an OVERWHELIMG percent of the public .... this is a 80-20 issue and as usual you are on the 20% side/wrong side of history... again ...

BTW, Oil prices have dropped to the mid $80's or less from $120 bbl a few days a go .. once the Straight is open and tankers moving (very shortly), oil will drop further .... this incursion wont last long and the world/Mid East/America will be better for it .. locally, gas is in the $3.39 range, down .20 in one day ..

Iran doesn't need nukes. They have radical fanatics that are already tossing bombs at us. I would like to see federal laws prescribing the death penalty for such terrorism. And not take 20 years for it to be carried out. The Old West carried out a hanging in a matter of hours or days at the most. They didn't have lawyers filing appeals every whip stitch, making $500 an hour.

Yes, some kids got to eat, oh, the horror.

I don't disagree, but my question to you is it the kids' fault? You might be horrified if you saw what some schools deal with.

Here's a thought for liberal bleeding hearts

Take a good hard look at social media " go fund me " that to my utterdismay many of you donate to. These fund me accounts begging for absolute ridiculous situations and far too many made up situations.

Once you scan many and attempt to engage your brains, go to your local school district and set up or just donate to a " go fund me " to feed these poor kids your worried about. Let tax payers decide whether they want to fund these meals or not. At the very least you will know for sure the money is going to something real.

See the sad thing is local tax payers are not given the ability to choose. It's about time they are allowed that option.

My wife is a public school teacher. I hear about it every day. While I feel sympathy for the kids that come from crappy home situations, I do not believe it is the role of the government to step in and deal with that. If anything is do be done, it should be done by private individuals or NGO charities. The bureaucracy of government only makes it harder on the schools and teachers, not easier. I hear about that every day from a first hand account as well. The government ruins or makes worse the vast majority of problems that it tries to fix. Reagan was right, "there are no more frightening words in American than, 'I from the government and I am here to help'."

Not really political per say, but a reason why all appliances in my home have tape over their lenses.
