Same in Illinois. Liberal Chicago pretty much runs the state. I was astounded when the Amateur Trapshooting Association moved to Sparta, IL. Special legislation had to be passed to allow trapshooters to buy large quantities of shotgun shells for practice and competition. With all the area available in OH, KY, etc., why IL?
