Regarding your post, malls are clamping down on teens there. Haven't been to the local mall. Last I saw, there were several empty places. I think there was only one place in the food court. Nothing made it in the food court due to low traffic and there where a bunch of restaurants in the area within 1/2 mile. But behind it is a strip mall that is going great.
