I am reading a very interesting book, the mental institutions were shut down when medicines were developed for mental illnesses, and pills don't fix a damn thing. I was on a drug to help with anxiety and I quit taking it because you don't feel anything. I did it wrong and just threw the pills away, cold turkey. What it did to my brain when I quit taking it I was miserable for a month. Felt like a grouse drumming in my brain.
