this is as it should be ... when a semi drivers goes thru weigh scales, they are given a sheet of paper to read, if they can not read/understand it, the semi is pulled to the back and shut down, driver arrested, if illegal, arrested and deported

Arkansas is apparently stopping drivers to test their competentcy with the English language.
English Checks Have Begun in Arkansas.

    • They’re stopping semi drivers

    • Everyone is handed a piece of paper

    • They must read it out loud

    • They must also write what they’re told to write
“I was actually witnessing people in handcuffs that had been pulled in. I was like, what's going on? He goes, we've come across now that if you cannot read or write in English, that it's a $5,000 fine.

Arkansas law requires commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers, including semi-truck drivers, to demonstrate English proficiency. Drivers who cannot adequately speak and read English face fines, with the first offense resulting in a $500 fine and subsequent offenses incurring a $1,000 fine. This law, enacted in April 2025, aims to enhance safety on Arkansas roads by ensuring drivers can understand traffic signs, communicate with law enforcement, and complete necessary paperwork

And if you have a company in Arkansas that employs people that can't read or write in English, it's a $10,000 fine paid on the spot.

If you cannot pay it, you're automatically arrested and lose your license”

the original vid of the accident is here ..... no remorse, no feelings ... I hope he rots ...

The Indian illegal immigrant truck driver accused of causing a crash that killed three people in Florida crossed into the U.S. through California in 2018, and was arrested by Border Patrol two days later.

Harjinder Singh, 28, faces deportation and three counts of homicide – negligent manslaughter/vehicle following the incident on the Florida Turnpike in Fort Pierce on Tuesday. Following his arrest on Sept. 20, 2018, near San Ysidro, California, "he has been pending immigrant proceedings since," a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) statement to Fox News said.

These last three years in Ukraine has been some of the most brutal fighting seen since WW2. US Support or not, this conflict would not have gone this long if the Ukrainians weren’t fiercely determined to defend their country.

Look at all the support and training we gave the Iraqi army, and how quickly they folded before ISIS as a comparison.

I’m not sure what preemptive measures Ukraine was supposed to have taken, but it’s inaccurate to say they aren’t deeply committed to hanging onto what is theirs.

    I re-read what I typed.
I can not see where I ever said that the Ukranian ppl were not deeply committed to hanging on to what they feel is theirs. I did say, this is warfare. In warfare there are wins and losses. They will have to conceed some losses period. We're talking lands here. Now I' ve seen the map. When Russia was actively seizing
lands the Ukrainians stayed in defensive mode. They either could not or just did not think to activeley seize Russian lands. Warfare, makes no difference who invaded first, it's what both sides did after it began. FAR TOO MANY DEAD EITHER WAY.
Putin said years earlier what he wanted and what he did'nt. One thing could have had negotiations, the other, both Zelensky and Biden Admin diliberately poked the bear with some EU help..
I feel bad for BOTH people for they suffered the decisions of those that rule over them.

Epstein Files, which were on DOJ desk and then did not exist, will now be released on Friday.

@Axetell343, I worked with a man from Ukraine at my previous job, and we have become good friends. What you wrote is spot on about them.

Grocery prices have not been cut in half; they are sky high, with Beef leading the charge.

Core Inflation is up, and has risen the most since Biden was in office.

All wars that were supposed to be stopped on day 1(not my words) are still going on.

Border is way better, kudos for enforcing the laws

    The Packers still suck

And yet, when all is said and done.....

Germ will still not be satisfied.

It's like that insanity definition or something, repeating the same thing over and over expecting a different result.

He does hold a plethora of goal posts though

You said it is American dollars that that are shoving Ukrainians deeper into conflict. I disagree, I think they’ve shown willingness to fight with and without our support under extremely dire circumstances.

I said US dollars extended the issue....the Ukrainians can and do have all the heart, guts and love of country they could muster, a given.
None of that can ever over power shear technical force. This is not WWI,WW2, or even Vietnam.
Example. The drones that attcked Ukraine yesterday, this morning(?) Remember Obama forced them to release their nuclear capabilities.

I think you are referring to the Budapest memorandum in 94, which was under Clinton.

I recognize what you are saying, and that concession of land might be in Ukraines best interest to end the conflict.
But I don’t think we should be strong arming them into conceding.

And any deal made with Putin is not worth the paper it’s printed on, as he’s shown no respect for any prior agreements.

That is spot on truth bomb dropped, people like Germ don't get we voted against the liberals Trump was the only alternative and he hurts libs feelings. The reason Trump was elected was because the liberal elite wanted to install Hillary, then they had Kamala they wanted to install Trump got elected by people voting against the liberal candidate the media told us we should vote for.

FYI it's a diversion tactic, only a true lemming would fall for it:busted:

What is stopping Trump admin from releasing what was on Pam's desk, but now does not exist?

Is the same people who stopped Biden DOJ, I am really not sure what Hillary has to do with this, besides her Husband was on that Island and I would bet he was there with Trump.

I guess since Germs head is sooo messed up with his TDS, he missed where former AG Barr said under oath, there is nothing he ever saw implicating Trump/Epstein ... once again "THERE IS NO THERE THERE" ...

Bill Barr testifies he didn't see info that would 'implicate' Trump in Epstein case, Comer says

Ex-Attorney General Barr is testifying behind closed doors to the House Oversight Committee
    https://www.foxnews.com/politics/bi...would-implicate-trump-epstein-case-comer-says

    one more thing ..

NY appeals court throws out $500M penalty against Trump in Letitia James civil case
