I got to say the BEST beef I've EVER had was one we raised from birth to butcher. A jersey bull that was born at the fair and the farmer was going to kill it. Male and had scours from the get go. Daughter bought it for 10.00. Bottle fed itto health. I remember him looking at me and saying you sure? It's not going to make it. The meat had a rich yellow fat and literally a buttery flavor and very tender. Son of a gun it was good meat.

Trump brings back the presidential fitness test. Thank God it was a big deal when I was in school. It helped to get kids interested in getting on sports teams. Those teams in more than a few cases kept some kids in school. Why in the world did they stop it in the first place?
