Just because his name might be on the list doesn't mean he is guilty of anything. Isn't it "innocent until proven guilty" in the USA? I assocaite with Democrats but that doesn't make me a Democrat. Or at least, I hope not.

I drove through Illinois while on vacation last month. Saw a lot of wind turbines, only about half were spinning despite decent winds.

    2 quick inputs:
    1) I believe, I heard, at any point in time ~1/4 may be offline (pm, inspections or repair)
    2) Energy is greatly a local and spot commodity-only producing what is needed or sellable (to adjacent grids), in most of the country. A few places (I know CO as an example) out west do use excess to pump water up into higher mountain lakes for later hydro generation or use. But in general, if there is no demand, supply plants are idled.

We don’t have a good/scale method to store energy for later consumption, unlike some consumer solutions (e.g Tesla walk, AGM or metal batteries, etc)

    A 6 face with a 10 body is an 8.

It is impossible to quantify how much I love a 6 butterface with a 10 body. You know why? Because Sidney Sweeney is a solid 8.5. She has a ridonculous body with an average, but sweet girl next door face.

In college I ran through a few Sidney Sweeneys. And in my best days, in my best shape, I was maybe a 7.5. I wasn't ugly. I was in good shape but not completely jacked. I didn't even spit great game, but I am funny AF which helps. I was just a solid player taking high percentage swings. I worked the count, picked my spots, and occasionally I ran into one for a decent OBP+S.

The reason we love Sidney is because she's just, and I mean just, enough of a butterface that average joe feels that like in his prime, on the right night- he had a shot.

No, not anymore, these are Trump's rules and I am going to play by his rules. We all know this is not coming out, we all know the power brokers on both sides won't let it happen. Kudos to Joe Rogan for the effort to get some justice for these victims. Trumps is soon going to ask we take the word of Maxwell over the victims, because I am sure this peto will tell the truth and the victims are not. Sad part is some will believe her and what she said to "Trumps" lawyers.

Let's find out who, when and where. Bill Clinton, Bill Gates, Prince Andrew and any other rich elite clown who did this.

    Little update

GM lost 1.5 billion in Profits
Ford had to take a line of Credit of 3 Billion with the Government
Food is at a all time high, with meat sky rocketing in price
The war that was going to end in day still going(hey Trump said it not me)

With the Japan and EU deal he agreed to export 85% of our current energy exports to EU and 60% to Japan in their deal. So that's 145%, so get use to higher energy prices.

Well I've had a chance to talk to the repair crews while out and about. Actually in tractor supply of all places buying supplies and one day rain gear. They apparently leak fliud, blade break often and literally burn up. Yes out of say a dozens, always 3 + not working. I can also say one small town that gleefully approved them EVERY WHERE , to revive the town has lost nearly All the businesses on " Main" street. Grocery store Deli, bank, furnature store, gas station, resturant, etc,etc...their streets are far worse and the biggest draw they had, a fall festival now sucks. So where did all the financial revenue go?
Balloons and gliders in the area have disappeared. Hot air balloons where a huge thing around here, I have not seen one in years.

Germ, the MOST ignorant SOB on this site ...What does Germy know about the cattle industry ... NOT A DAMN THING !! .....It takes about 3 yrs for cattle from being born to hitting the market ... soooo, the beef today, was BORN 3 yrs back when BIDEN was in office, also when everything to feed them was sky high (has since dropped), and THAT is the reason beef is high today ... (From a cattleman)

Lets see stopped 3? Other wars.
Yep obviously ignorant of all ag. production and state local BS surrounding it, not just beef.
I did love his Epstien list. Clinton, Gates, Andrews. 2 Democrats and a liberal Royal.
Energy costs. God , THAT JUST MAKES ME LAUGH!
Trumps nixing foolish regulations and is opening up production. Also Lets be VERY CLEAR on what is about to happen, which needs laws suits filed in mass. Jan. 2026 NYS a Dem run state, for now, mandates that ALL NEW CONSTRUCTION, Residential AND Commercial MUST BY LAW be TOTALLY ELECTRIC RUN. CATHY HOCHUL GO F YOURSELF!
Now start counting the # of Dem run states that are about to or already have done this. Especially northern states. Watch electric prices EXPLODE! Here in NYS we already have brown outs and blk outs regularly. Some areas prices have doubled. You think taxes are bad now. Watch how fast ppl exit and build new else where. See having zero heat and no way to cook in the middle of winter, not fun. Obviously having to travel out of state to replace your old gas furnace not cool and eventually the local propane companies will go away. Are construction site suppose to use elecrtic in winter?..I know as a fact propane usage is a big deal in winter concrete work. They use so much of it construction pricing is a fraction of what residential pricing is.
So a reminder when looking at higher cost do your own research and find out exactly where cost have and are still rising.

Does not take 3 years to raise a head of cattle to market weight.

I was gonna say, the cow I normally get is between one half and two years old. But I’m not a cattleman, just a… cattleconsumer?
Total time would be about three years if we counted gestation time I guess.

2-3 yrs is what was said ... this article says 1.5-3yrs .......

The beef lifecycle is a unique food production system. It takes anywhere from 1.5 to 3 years bring beef from pasture to plate. Top priorities for everyone in the beef supply chain include health animals, environmental care, and safe, nutritious, high-quality protein for consumers.
    https://www.tcfa.org/news/the-beef-lifecycle

look up the '30' month rule (2.5yrs) .... and yes, many can be brought to market earlier ...

here, I'll do it for those from Rio Linda ...

The "30-month rule" for cattle refers to a guideline, primarily used in food safety regulations, that designates cattle older than 30 months as potentially carrying higher risks of certain diseases, particularly BSE (Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy, also known as mad cow disease). This rule is used to determine which parts of the animal are considered Specified Risk Materials (SRMs) and are therefore excluded from the human food supply

Do you actually know somebody with a beef ranch? Current data and market price? Not some website info that you used because you agreed with it?

It's a few factors, less cattle in US being raised, we get 33% of our beef from Brazil, which now has a tariff and may just stop if it's 50%.

I understand the market, it's just funny num nuts state he's cutting the prices in half and they go up, and his minions come a running.

Then you're not a minion, does it make sense to you Sota. If Trumps knows we are short of cattle supple to put a Tariff on our largest importer on beef to raise prices even more?

18 mo to 2 1/2 yrs around here. That said it's dependent on breed weather pasture conditions. There is a whole lot of difference between raising beefers in NYS to long horn in Texas or even beefers in. Minnesota.
Speaking of num nuts , lets see, maybe Brazil flooding our market with cheap beef caused that backing away of USA beef production. That and our outside markets were being nixted in bad trade deals in Europe. Am I wrong , didn't Trump just open those. With an intelligent person over seeing ag, perhaps land usage BS will ease up. Bringing in an increase in production. Some ppl remind me of children on a trip....Are we there yet?, are we there yet? Non stop while missing everything around them, while getting there.

It is about logistics and transportation, Canada and Mexico are the cheapest.

There is more than 1 way cattle are raised feed lot vs pasture and supplemental feed. Beef farms do specialize in methods as far as age groups. Very few medium to large operations raise breeder beef and then raise calves to maturity. It also is not just steers that go to market but cows are not preferred just because a steer grows larger and faster. Few years back when Texas had serious drought issues Florida overtook Texas as the #1 for beef production. The area around Lake Okeechobee is a huge area for beef, it is common to see trucks with horse trailers with the horse all tacked up at gas stations headed out to work.
