the job half. Commuting for now, (still) not my car or gas so that part doesn't matter. Drive time is longer but I'm salary, effectively am my own boss, and prob spend 2/3 of my day on the phone so how much time is spent in a car seat vs. at my desk doesn't really matter. Just kind of waiting for the housing market prices and/or rates to come down. I bought at a good time at a good price at a good rate in a really good school district, so even if we take a 25% hit on current top line market value we will still sell relatively quick and have a lot of equity from our current place. I just don't want to buy high@high rates right before a hard dip. Especially when I'm eligible to retire in 20 months.

I live in what Walz calls the Rocks and Cows part of Minnesota where he is dispised, It is the people that live by the tall buildings where it never gets dark that vote for Walz. Same people that vote for Ilhan Omar vote for Walz. Walz is real popular with democrats, democrats are at what a 21% approval rating nationally.
