just a notice .. if anyone travels thru Indiana on any of the interstates, the lousy SOB's in Indy are getting the OK to make the INTERSTATE Hwys TOLL interstates .. ex: I94, I65, I70, etc.... we already have the 'regular' toll (tax)roads like I80, but now they want to toll (tax) 'em all !! .. and what sucks, it may/will pass ... the reason is lower income on the 'gax tax' cause of more efficient vehicles ... this will also push more vehicles on to the secondary highways and more traffic thru the smaller towns for those avoiding the tax.. er ah TOLL .. also said it wont be immediate, but can/will be used in the future ...

Indiana tollway bill amended out of committee, but tolling language remains in the bill

As a (former) Yankee transplant, up north you get gouged on registration fees, school taxes and (home/land)taxes...

In the south they conveniently bundle more under the property tax label...including taxes on vehicles (cars, boats, RVs, etc).

Some variations from state to state, millage rates, etc.

Heard he is also going to announce a 72 hour advanced notice requirement to terrorists before any "surprise" or "sneak" targeting strikes are conducted by U.S. military.

He stopped short of stating his people/supporters deserve better treatment.

Think about the security of the United States of America.

    Air, land and sea.

Now think about space technology, NASA and Space X.

I say lets get Elon Musk on border and land security measures as well.

I'd be supportive of Musk in a role of national security development. Security clearance restricted from top priority, but given the go ahead of developing the most advanced military systems on this planet.

I dont know the specifics, but if any of this chat group military info about war strikes is true, then all the actors need to be fired. Immediately.

Never heard of vehicles being included in property taxes. Knew a fellow in Ohio, years ago, who wanted to add a swimming pool. In-ground pool was considered part of the property. He fooled them and put in an above ground pool.

Nm, the use of personal devices was never allowed for work purposes let alone any classified uses. Violates all that is spelled or in the rainbow books, and a bunch of policy, rules, etc.

Sigh, I'm probably dating myself again.

I do recognize folks took accountability and the speed which it was brought to attention/dealt with in this admin...unlike (many) prior admin.
