He hates our country, but loves his way of life. I'd love to see all of these sympathizer's denounce their citizenship and regain entry their own way. Not a single one would do it, guaran-effin-teed!!
It is not on me to prove your logical fallacy ( prove a negative) . In fact I will not even argue from that condition. But do enlighten us on why it was legal. What specific law and were the conditions met. Go down the list name by name. Don't just admit you are taking the 'word' from almighty so it must be the reality. Like I said. I am all for legal deportations.
You speak in ways you must feel make you smart, but yet make you seem AI. Once again, a_Critter, explain an illegal deportation, please.
Once again you sure are needy for answers. Go play with your yo-yo and tell me how fast it's spinning, it's rate of fall and rise and the speed it travels each way... No it's you that started this. Please do tell us how the laws were broken sir needs a lot!
Not who you quoted, but I'll give it a gander. How about, they crossed the border illegally. Enough said, no argument can be made to the contrary. Illegals crossed the border illegally. It happened first at the south side of the border and was completed on the north side of the border once crossed. Illegal entry defined by true definition. Argue that one
Shhhhhh, Won't mention this post, that kritter is a bit bitter. Still think we have some AI bots around here. Accusation unfounded
Are you an American and do you love the United States of America? To be clear, that question implies a Yes or No answer.
What I can tell you is the courts have called into question several things and the admin will need to justify. Not legally determined with finality yet. This admin has a penchant ( for decades as his personal MO ) to drag things out in the court regardless of right or not to exhaust others. Do you think that is a good thing for the nation? Now he is using the office and our money. One issue before the court is if relying on the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 when we are not at war with either the countries nor individuals. This is compounded by disrespecting ( not complying) court orders when they exerted their oversight authority. Even today telling the court it was not their biz 'when' the flights occurred. National security and all. Do you really want the court system to evaporate? But go ahead and explain what law justifies the actions taken. Lawful authority was required and so far it has not been shown. Illegal until shown when you are acting in an authoritarian position. You have to have the right to do these things first. Nobody needs to prove illegal. The impetus is on the enforcer, you don't get to run around doing until someone proves you shouldn't be.
Tell us the law applied and if they have the right to adjudication or not? Where is the evidence? Someone's say so?
