We have a similar problem in NC, though Pres was Red, all counties with decent sized cities were blue we ended up with a blue Gov and blue reps from the districts of those counties. Though the state house and senate will be predominantly red.
I could see MN and VA flip in 4 years with Vance running even Nebraska 2nd district too which would be insurmountable for the Dem's
