This looks to be a largely exaggerated story to distract attention away from the fact that FEMA is failing our own Country at one of the worst possible times. Foreign financial aid has gotten completely out of control. But, that is the primary tool used to funnel dollars into the pockets of everyone on the take. There appears to be a lot more evidence of FEMA interrupting the efforts of citizens offering aid than there is of citizens attacking FEMA. This one does not pass the sniff test.
