Question should FEMA break the law? By law for any disaster FEMA is allowed to initially give 750.00 that's the law passed by Congress. After the initial 750.00 the local government or persons are allowed to file to FEMA for more assistance. By law, that's how it works. If FEMA just started handing out money those areas would be flooded with freeloaders from other states trying to get a handout and we all know it. I think we need to put the below as a must-watch every day for some because they have forgotten how our government works.
