for those in the South/SE who got hit the hardest (GA./NC), many/most are rural areas, now 100+ dead and damage in the hundreds of Billions of $$ .... rebuilding will take a long time, these are two crucial states in the Election, I do wonder how this will effect those states and the outcome .... these GA. areas almost always go red and need to be able to offset the Atlanta Ga. vote .... can the Democrats control hurricanes ?? asking for a friend ... those are some tough people down there, they weathered the Civil War, they can handle this in time ...
