Great just f'ing great. After covid with staffing issues and quality of applicants decided to use temp agencies to sort thru people that were suitable to hire. We found 2 employees that are actually great and wanted to hire them as permanent employees. Both are illegals, they came over the border as children with their parents both are in their mid to late 20's their parents never took care any paperwork. How does a temporary agency hire people and provide the employees to companies without documentation?
