I'm no legal expert, but I have to imagine there is more to being a good DA than just your conviction rate. And let's never forget when Tulsi singlehandedly ended Kammie's bid for the Presidency in 2016. Then got pushed out herself for not playing along with the Democratic narrative.
KH is an actress. There is nothing that I see in her that is authentic. At least outwardly. Means she is not at ease on a large political stage. Our President has to instill some level of respect on a world stage and she ain't it.
I worked with a phenomenal District Attorney for years. A real southern Democrat. The guy went after the criminals. Then about five years ago we had a far to the left prosecutor get elected. Great conviction rate but they didn't prosecute certain cases, kicked all the cops out of their offices when in the past we used to have a great relationship. The new DA ruined the entire court experience by bringing in weak assistant DAs who didn't like going after bad criminals. As a result, violent crime has risen.
