    Not you yanks , those ppl in the NYC area are an entire breed of it's own. When NYS built big prisons they built them upstate. Why? Well the families of these NYC criminals they shipped up here followed the incarcerated family member(s). They went to the cities nearest the prisons . Buffalo,Rochester, Syracuse...plus the smaller towns as well. Dem run politics , they aren't stupid. They even ship their bad kids up here. Our family members built and remodeled several of these facilities. Up state isn't down state unless your in a city

    Hamas is the elected primary political party of Gaza...they are also on the US' terrorist list...so yeah, by definition, if there is aid going to the west bank via the government, it is funding terrorism (per US govt laws and rules)...
