These politicians think they're invincible, or what? The first time, he got away with it. Now, I think history will repeat itself. Even if he got convicted, he could appeal it. Because, as explained here by this law firm, the conviction can be reversed if there was juror misconduct or insufficient evidence. And I think his lawyers can look for something like that in this trial.

So the former state flag was retired at the state capital over the weekend, went for a pontoon ride on the lake last night. Every single place on the lake that has a flag pole has the old Minnesota state flag flying. Willing to bet every one of the homes that has the old flag flying has loaded firearms as well. This all began when we sat on our hands while politics was brought into our education systems. It was a slow process and we did nothing about it until it was too late. I had absolutely no idea what the political leanings were of my teachers and professors. There was no political slant. Now, the students tend to settle in urban areas and they have been indoctrinated since grade-school. Minnesota is really no different than Illinois, California, and the list goes on. Get away from the major metro areas and you find sanity and conservatism.
Sad part the educational cancer is spread to rural Minnesota thru state mandated education curriculum to get funding for the school districts. The young new teachers have been brainwashed in liberal arts colleges and they bring their leftist views to class rooms. Little town I live in is very conservative you can not buy a condem in town, you think they are going to tolerate a wet behind the ears teacher telling students that they can be any sex they feel like? My neighbor got elected to the school board, as soon as he was sworn in he pulled his kids from the school, said they would be back when the issues are fixed.
