We had to hit 4 different gas stations to find one that had working pumps. The rest were all frozen up. The main room was filled to capacity. An event space on the next level below us was packed with standing room only where they watched it on a live feed and the lobby was full and people stood outside. If that is any indication on how vested Trump's followers are, he will do very well in tonight's caucus. Love them or hate them, I think it's always good to go listen to the contenders speak and see first hand what you will not get from the media. Worst back to back major blizzards I have ever seen. Interstates were closed in all directions at one point. We are losing cattle too. Been a rough one. First time I have ever seen gas pumps too cold to operate. Good times!!
Wonder if it is the fuel or the pumps or a combo? I have seen some cold temps but never had problems pumping fuel because of it.
I worked in the industry for years and since Gas doesn't freeze(yes I know at around 300 below it does) pumps can handle any winter. The only thing that can affect them is if the dispenser housing allows air flow and condensation then the main board which is not protected can freeze but I haven't seen that but once in NY up by Canada. Haley who is a Bush donor benefactor of what I’d call the RINO sector of the vote still managed to finish 3rd not too far behind DeSantis, my Governor, a decent man but lacking in personality and charisma. I’d wish DeSantis drop because we need some work here in Florida. I want our FWC “Florida Wildlife Commission” gutted like our DOJ needs gutting to get rid of the posers inside and manage our wildlife properly without introducing subspecies and allowing managed hunting seasons.
