He dumbs down certain things and encourages people in a way that his way is the only way. If you have good credit and discipline there is nothing wrong with using credit cards, matter of fact you need debt to build and maintain a credit score. By debt I am saying anything put on the card is a debt, pay that debt 100% every month or take advantage of interest free periods.
The problems (Imho) with your approach and you recognized one, discipline (or many millennials having a lack thereof)...too many not understanding need v want and not planning for contingencies.
I respect that. I refuse to allow food to go to waste. It's too bad people in need are still picky. There isn't anything wrong in eating salad, kale or using almond and coconutmilk. Even if they dont drink it, it still works for cooking. They also had tilapia fish. Pounds and pounds of the stuff no one would take. I told them I wouldn't eat it either if from China. It would make for good fertilizer or trappers bait.
