    Well your right and just like with cats and dogs
    When an unexpected litter happens....we need to look the breeders and neuter and spay them to avoid further mistakes.

    Just had my mid year review (a little late) at work.
    A little self praise, everything was great until the goal about DEI and stuff.

    I told my boss I was not going to take this HONE DEI class because I looked the place up and their beliefs and they have published that if you are a White Male, Straight, Married, College educated, have a job, own a house etc that you are the worst person on their chart just based on those characteristics, and that I would not subject myself to a class taught by people that openly state they think I'm racist/sexist etc.
    Now by boss is an immigrant, this was done over video and you could just see his gears turning like he'd never heard that response before.

    He then asked if I joined any of the "ally groups" to which I said, you mean the groups that focus on peoples race, sex, and sexuality and then sets them apart and treats them differently? No I did not and will not.

    At the end you could see he found the right gear and a light turned on.

    I said if you or your boss (whom I have a very good relationship) have concerns I can show you the documentation that I used to come to my conclusions.

    Its just nonsense

    I might have to be like podium archer and add MF to my pronouns :biggrin:
