    i think everyone needs to boycott the companies that pay this person to advertise their gear - men and women should stand up about the likes of Nike using him to advertise womens sports bra's etc. DeSantis must have shares in the company otherwise - why would he care? shareholders are free to buy and sell in an open market, it's not the 1st company to have it's share price plummet and wont be the last

    Vote with your wallet.

    States have assets under management in many investments and managed by various fiduciaries, just as you or your employer may, on your behalf. Presumably the state may own shares directly or in trust, and why the claim of beach of duty to shareholders.
