There have been things like this in the past with other justices as well, but just now getting a ton of attention. Pretty sure justice Thomas was just in the news and there were hearings in congress about a code of ethics oversight need. The timing of these news stories is the real crazy part. My tin foil hat thinks that the case is being furthered to add justices to the bench. Ya know, too many "conservatives" in there. Of course I'm probably crazy. I do think there should be ethics compliance for, oh...say, the highest court in our country.
