I have always thought rape or any other forcible sexual crime should carry the death penalty. Its a problem because we don’t punish it harshly enough.
That is what I do not get about the liberal mind, it is legal to abort up till birth, but executing a murdering rapist is cruel and unusual punishment? How do you reconcile that logically?
I do not like any part of that bill. I like that it is being reported, is the bill signed into law yet? They are not the Gov'ts children.

I read some of the law today after reading your original post. There is actually a section where the state can keep your child if you don't do certain medical stuff.
Yea it's crazy. And a kid runs away from home while trying to transition the state wont return kid to parents they'll stick them in shelter. Something needs to change or these generations of kids are gonna be so screwed up. To many parents that want a trans kid for some sort of social status.
