If you are put on temp medical mental health hold, issue a warrent to search and hold any weapons found.
The thing I do not get about conceal carry in Minnesota is if a person gets pulled over and their licence plate is run, and they have a conceal carry permit it does not pop up when the plate is run. That is not infringement it would help both parties involved.

It's because these cities are Dem led and this school shooter phenomenon has been purposefully linked to Republicans even though it is all of our problems.
Prevention means people have to be vigilant. Ready to be active and willing to act by notifying someone, confronting a neighbor to try and help their mental health illness, or anything else that can deter or limit one's ability to get a firearm if they are suicidal or homicidal. Think I've told you all this once before. One year we asked teens that had gotten into trouble how long it would take them to get another firearm off the street for their personal use. Most told us 3 to 4 hrs.
Let me elaborate. Running plate doesn't give the concealed weapon "hit" but running the person through the system does and most good police dispatchers will do that before contact is being made. It is important to know that that person is a concealed carry person if you arrest them for certain offenses. Those offenses trigger certain things that impact their concealed carry.

Very few family nucleus DADS ! i have seen women with 5 kids which came from 3 dads, None of dads are home, Baby Momma, Baby daddy, where did the phrases come from, The total decline in family values, Which came from dads missing at home in families, working, supporting their families and keeping kids on track !
I agree, right now today, need to prevent kids from getting shot and mowed down, stop what we can. Keep working, I am not concerned with the "what about". I am concerned with kids in school today.
