$1B+ in assets for ~$1.21, thats a pretty damn good deal. Boards for publically traded companies are decided by share holders. The SVB former CFO does look really bad, but the dude needed to find a job...There are regulatory controls and oversight in banking...in fact is the second most regulated industry. There was no design here, other than the run on the bank.
look at Cloward/Piven/1966 .... its happening right before this countries eyes (people are blind to it) and O'biden and the Dems/Rinos are the puppet's for it all to happen ... Trump was a glitch in their plans ..... there is no such thing as coincidences ... remember that .. https://politicrossing.com/how-the-democrats-would-take-over-the-banking-system/
a few on here would agree with this dope .... Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif) wants to ban conservative news from being broadcast to U.S. troops but says networks such as CNN and MSNBC are acceptable forms of information. ..... so says the guy who had an affair with a Chinese spy ....
Guess what they got their money back. Now Biden is a dipshit as when he took over he caused fear with his dumb comments and shutting down leases on public land, what he should have done is stated "we are going to do everything we can to help oil companies get back to pre-pandemic levels" Instead he sparked fear and confusion in the market which drove prices higher.
Go Woke - Go Broke ... well the ESG model didnt work out to well did it .... smh .. "Our values guide everything we do," says Silicon Valley Bank's "Environmental, Social and Governance Report" for 2022. "We start with empathy, take responsibility, speak and act with integrity, embrace diverse perspectives, and keep learning and improving," says the introduction written by (former) SVB President and CEO Greg Becker. SVB's 66-page ESG report lays out the following social justice initiatives that were important to the bank, which mainly served technology startups: -- Engaging and Empowering Employees: Our people are key to our success, and we invest to support their growth and well-being. -- Building a Culture of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at SVB: We embrace diverse perspectives and foster a culture of belonging. -- Championing Inclusion in the Innovation Economy: We are committed to advancing inclusion and opportunity in the innovation economy. -- Supporting Communities Where We Live and Work: We invest in and give back to the community to help those in need. -- Advancing the Transition to a Sustainable, Low-Carbon World: We support companies driving positive environmental change while reducing our own carbon footprint. -- Practicing Responsible Corporate Governance: We uphold ethical standards and act with transparency and accountability. What about a sustainable balance sheet ?? .... ^^^ reads like a bunch of crap ... sheesh !!

Pray the 3rd party has a viable conservative candidate that can be taken seriously. Honestly, I was a fan of Trump until he let his ego ruin everything we had fought so hard for. He had absolutely everything in place to make a tremendous difference for 8 years and pave the way for generations to come. But, he is a narcissist that would not and could not take any direction from anyone. All he had to do was put the damn phone down and quit looking to see how many "likes" he was getting on a daily basis. He was the best chance we have had in many, many years to change things for the better. He crapped the bed and is no longer a viable leader. I wish his blind followers could get over it and move on instead of jumping off the cliff with him. It is obvious that he is a waste of effort at this point. He will do nothing different if elected and will have little to no ability to lead this time around. If you have better than a room temperature IQ on politics and leadership, you know that he is washed up.
